Starting with our comprehensive Design Center, new home buyers are expertly guided through the selection process with a Design Consultant who is already familiar with their floor plan and construction options.

Whether choosing hardwood floors, fine carpet, stone, bath tile, or kitchen granite and coordinating backsplash – the homeowner is able to touch and feel their options while being professionally assisted with the overall scheme. Guy’s Design Consultants share a wealth of product knowledge, making it much easier for home buyers to make educated decisions about their selections and upgrades. Initial consultations may last up to three hours and are extremely effective in kicking off the design process, which is achieved in subsequent visits. The Design Center is a tremendous value added at no charge to our builders.
